The EGE Experience
An evening at EGE is not a meal in courses. It is a table that fills slowly — with small plates, cold glasses, and conversation that has nowhere else to be.

The long table
In Turkish, sofra means more than table — it is the gathering around it. At EGE the plates arrive to be passed, not portioned. Bread is torn, not sliced. However many you are when you sit down, the sofra makes room.

Meze, rakı, sohbet
Small plates, an anise spirit poured over ice, and sohbet — the unhurried conversation that holds them together. The meze table is the Aegean's oldest ritual: eat a little, talk a while, stay longer than you planned.

The nazar
Look closely and you will find the nazar boncuğu — the blue-and-white glass bead the Aegean hangs over its doors and tables. It watches over guests and good moments. We keep the tradition; the evenings do the rest.

Golden hour, Bali calm
The day softens, the light turns to honey, and Canggu slows with it. EGE was made for this hour — the Aegean's warmth in Bali's calm, a long evening beginning.
